High-Penetration Sublimation Ink Transfer
Effect on Different Fabrics
High-penetration disperse sublimation ink features nano-sized dye particles that
penetrate deep into fiber cores. It effectively solves common issues like white exposure
and whitening when stretching plush or thick polyester fabrics, delivering uniform
front-back penetration, high color fastness, and vivid, rich colors.
1. 100% Plain Polyester (Sportswear, Jerseys, Swimwear, Chiffon)
Printing Performance
- High color saturation with clear restoration of gradients and fine lines, no broken dot patterns.
- Dyes fully penetrate inside fibers, leaving zero rubbery texture; hand feel stays identical to the original fabric.
- Even reverse-side penetration; no white base exposed when stretching or pulling the fabric.
- Excellent washing and stretch resistance; patterns won’t crack or fade after repeated stretching for swimwear.

2. Polyester Satin (Satin Cloth, Wedding Lining, Silk Scarves)
Printing Performance
- Rich, premium color layering under satin luster, well-defined highlights and shadows.
- No ink bleeding or blurring on thin satin with sharp, crisp print edges.
- Dyes fully permeate thin satin for uniform color on both sides, ideal for double-sided printed scarves.
3. Coral Fleece / Flannel / Raschel Blanket (Long Pile Fabrics)
Printing Performance
Conventional ink only sits on the top of fluff, revealing white base once fluff is parted.
High-penetration ink seeps down to the root of fluff fibers, keeping consistent color even when fluff is separated.
No white exposure after pulling or rubbing. Large floral and landscape prints show dense, full colors;
no lint shedding or whitening after washing.

4. Nylon Fabric (Outdoor Jackets, Luggage Fabric, Stretch Nylon)
Printing Performance
Compatible with modified nylon; dyes lock firmly after high-temperature transfer.

Deeper penetration than standard ink, patterns resist surface fading after abrasion tests for luggage materials.

6. Thick Canvas / Heavy Polyester Workwear Fabric
Printing Performance
Thick, dense fiber structures block regular ink from penetrating deep layers.

Ordinary Sublimation Ink
