With 20 years of expertise in rotary screen and digital textile printing, Tianjin Little Dolphin New Materials focuses on the R&D and supply of inks for sublimation, reactive, and pigment printing processes, boasting mature experience in developing compatible disperse inks for heavy fabrics such as carpets and blankets. Xi'an Degao Printing & Dyeing Automation, as the drafting unit of national industry standards for rotary and flat screen printing machines, is a professional manufacturer of complete sets of textile printing equipment, renowned for its full-servo printing machines and automated control systems in the industry. This strategic partnership aims to create end-to-end synergy across "equipment - ink - process" to address key industry pain points in carpet digital printing, including uneven ink penetration, poor color stability, and low equipment compatibility.

At the exhibition, both companies highlighted a custom digital direct-to-textile printing solution for 4.2m wide carpets, featuring Degao’s high-efficiency printing mainframe, a 30m high-temperature color-fixing oven, a two-soaking & three-absorbing washing machine, and a 36m setting oven as a complete production line configuration. Paired with Little Dolphin’s specially developed high-penetration disperse inks for carpet fabrics, the solution enables high-definition reproduction of complex patterns and stable mass production, balancing production efficiency with environmental compliance. On-site technical teams also provided customized consultations and solution planning for inquiries regarding equipment scalability, process cost accounting, and overseas project implementation.
